Our acclaimed charcuterie bar will be traveling with us featuring such artisan delicacies as, Pistachio Studded Aufschnit, Peppercorn Laced Cervalet, Goose Pate, Westphalian Rolled Prosciutto, Ringwurst, Liverwurst, and more.
Experience the taste of Tuscany with our Chef de Formaggio preparing homemade burrata, bocconcini, and fresh mozzarella. All served with the freshest heirloom tomatoes, basil pesto, aged balsamic vinegar and Passover herb toast points.
For our more health conscious guests, we will be offering a daily “spa” buffet featuring clean, healthy dishes with simple preparation that are low sodium, low fat, and low carb. Reinvigorate your body from the inside out with our fresh juice and “super food” smoothie bar.
Exclusive to the industry, we will once again be presenting our large variety of fine Non-Mevushal, as well as Mevushal wines. Our in-house sommelier will be available during all dinners to make certain your wine compliments your dinner.
As we are sensitive to the specific dietary needs of our guests, we will happily accommodate individuals requiring alternate dining options including: vegetarian, low-sodium, sugar-free, nut-free and gluten-free. Additionally, all dishes containing nuts will be clearly labeled.
